I have specialized in Rolling Meadows real estate since 2006. Whether you are selling or buying a home, I bring a strong local knowledge to your advantage. A home is part of a neighborhood, a community and a school district. Those are key attributes when you sell a home, and important considerations when you are buying a home.
Located 24 miles northwest of the Chicago Loop, Rolling Meadows began tranquil forests and gently rolling terrain of an area known as Plum Grove.
In 1953, families began moving into the first planned development named Rolling Meadows. Rolling Meadows incorporated in 1955 as a city named for its rolling terrain, and soon began annexing land for future development. Single-family housing continued to flourish in Rolling Meadows as developers utilized the natural wooded setting for the subdivisions of Tall Oaks, Dawngate, and Creekside. By 2000 the population was 24,609.
