Our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a constantly updated database of properties that are currently on the market in our area.  A listing for the MLS is submitted by the seller’s real estate broker and includes all the details on a home.  These details include photos, square footage, taxes, room sizes and other amenities of the home and the area.  The MLS is the first place a real estate broker will go to for the most current information on available homes for their client and to research prior sales data. Public real estate sites such as Zillow and Realtor will get their initial data feed on homes for sale from the MLS. The MLS is the most important source of property information making it the most valuable medium for selling a home.
