We have known of Rich for many years having lived in Schaumburg and frequently seeing his name on for sale signs and receiving real estate information in the mail. When it came time to sell our home, we interviewed a few real estate agents, including Rich. In the end, we believed Rich’s sale plan was the best. He provided a professional home staging consultant who came to our home and gave us ideas and advice on presenting our home to potential buyers. He also provided a professional photographer to take photos of our home for online presentations. The photos were amazing. Once our home was listed, we had a signed contract in two days. Rich was very responsive to our telephone calls and text messages. He contacted us frequently advising us of the progress of the sale. He made the process as stress free as possible. His advice on when to list, the home stager he arranged for, and the listing price made selling our home as quick and painless as can be. We had multiple offers by the next day.
